For all of our sales and deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing, our terms and conditions set forth below shall apply. Any changes and different purchasing conditions of our client shall only be binding for us if they are agreed upon in writing.

Our quotations are generally valid for one month from the date of issue.

Our offers are generally valid for one month from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case the required raw materials are not delivered to us sufficiently or at the current price by our suppliers, we reserve the right to make corresponding corrections to the offered and agreed prices and quantities. Prices are ex-works, excluding packaging and transportation. Minimum order value is CHF 60.00. The prices, quantities, delivery dates and delivery options listed in our offers are subject to change.

The deliveries are generally ex-works and transportation costs are billed separately. VAT is always exclusive and will be shown separately.

Pallets, grids, frames, and lids are exchangeable equipment. These devices must be exchanged in flawless condition, duty-free in Sulgen. Defective exchange equipment will not be accepted. Billed packing boxes must be returned duty-free in Sulgen within a reasonable time. Then they will be credited. Steel bands, ropes, bags, etc. are disposable materials and will not be taken back.

Over or under deliveries up to 10% of the ordered quantities cannot be disputed.

The goods always travel at the expense and risk of the recipient. The carriers are liable for damages during transport. Damaged goods must be refused.

It is the responsibility of the filler to determine the danger class of the content. We reject any liability for improper use of the containers and for non-compliance with transportation and other regulations.

We undertake to replace, or refund the invoice value of non-replaceable items, at our discretion, any articles supplied by us if a prior inspection by us reveals defects in manufacture or material which make the goods unsuitable for their intended purpose. The replaced items are our property and must be returned unaltered, free of charge. We do not recognize any further claims. The goods are deemed to have been accepted if the buyer does not raise any objections within 14 days of receipt of the goods, with proof of purchase and delivery details. In the case of latent defects, the deadline is extended to one week after discovery, but no later than six months after receipt of the goods. The warranty does not cover material and consequential damage from products supplied by customers or third parties.

All tools remain our exclusive property, even if their production costs are borne in full or in part by the buyer. Furthermore, lending of these tools is excluded. However, we undertake, without special agreement, not to carry out production for third parties with these tools. If no reorder is made within three years, we are entitled to dispose of or destroy the tools.

The invoice amount is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Deductions for early payments are not permitted and will be charged back. The buyer is not entitled to withhold payments, even in the case of complaints.
